2.1 Automatic User ID

When you first open the App, a unique User ID is automatically generated. This ID is used solely for analytical purposes to understand user behavior, improve the Service, and monitor usage patterns. No personal information is collected automatically.

2.2 Profile Information

You may voluntarily provide personal information by adding details to your Profile (e.g., name, username, or other identifiers). This information may become visible to other users if you choose to publish items in the Feed.

2.3 Voluntary Contact Information

If you contact us via the Contact Support form, you may provide personal information (e.g., email address or other details necessary for us to respond). Providing this information is optional and solely at your discretion.

2.4 User Content

Any photos, text, or other content you upload or share ("User Content") may contain personal information. Users retain ownership of User Content, but by submitting content, you acknowledge that it may become publicly visible in the Feed and may be used for promotional purposes as described in the Terms & Conditions.

2.5 Analytics and Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party analytics and advertising SDKs to collect device information, app usage data, and interaction metrics. This data is used to improve the App's functionality, monitor performance, and deliver relevant promotions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To generate analytics reports and improve app performance.
• To display published User Content in the Feed and optional mini-site collections.
• To respond to inquiries submitted via the Contact Support form.
• To promote Zophi using selected User Content on our social media channels, with attribution to the original user.
• To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights and property.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may be shared in the following cases:

• With third-party analytics or advertising providers, strictly for improving the Service or delivering ads.
• When you voluntarily publish content in the Feed, which may be visible to other users.
• For promotional purposes, as described in the Terms & Conditions (e.g., social media reposts with attribution).
• To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights, property, or safety.

5. Data Retention

• User ID and analytics data are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
• Profile and User Content are retained until deleted by the user or removed by us for policy violations.
• Data submitted via Contact Support is retained as long as necessary to address the inquiry or comply with applicable laws.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Children's Privacy

Zophi is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
